Anime Trend and evolution

Many of old otaku like, seen much anime. and got conclusion that anime it self are evolving.

Why?
when i was on about teen ages. many Anime are Shonen Hero Oriented.
there even standart:
-Hero, Must be Young (about teen-young man)
-Implusive (dont afaraid of anything)
-Harem (many Girl love him)
-Super powerful (unbeatable in every condition)

now days Hero:
-jerk or somekind (typical Useless in some aspect)
-got powerful rival who excel in every aspect
-Girl have they own couple
-reliable in danger condition

it funny it look like, no one ever want super hero. it change it more like "hero, was ordinary people who stood longer then other"
well in this era, where world war 3 should be on internet based battle. even most of military advisor said ww3 will end in 3 hours. so we looking for smart hero not brave hero.
